Important Update on Cash on Delivery (COD)

We want to start by thanking each of you who has supported us, shared kind feedback, and truly appreciated the heart behind our products.
However, we’ve also had to face a disappointing reality. While the majority of our customers are wonderful and genuine, a small number of individuals have been misusing the Cash on Delivery (COD) option—placing orders and then refusing to accept them upon delivery. This not only causes financial losses but also wastes the time and effort of our hardworking team and delivery partners.
COD was introduced with the intention of building trust, but repeated instances of such behavior have made it difficult to continue without change.
Here’s what’s changing, effective May 2025:
- Cash on Delivery will be available only for non-personalized products priced under ₹1000.
- All personalized products and orders above ₹1000 will require prepaid payment.
We’ve integrated secure payment gateways such as PayU, Razorpay, PayTM, EaseBuzz, and PhonePe, making prepaid transactions smooth and reliable.
These steps will help us serve our genuine customers better and ensure smoother operations for everyone.
